Includes the following microscope objective:

1 - ZEISS 440351 PH2 PLAN - NEOFLUAR 40X/0.75 ∞/0.17

This may need to be cleaned. I'm not a microscope dealer or expert.
I looked at the lens with an eyepiece and did not see any delamination, cracks or scratches on the lens.
Obviously the one end shown in picture #3 an 4 is rough.
