The high performance intercooler impresses with a new type of performance intercooler core and dimensions of 150mm x 185mm x 114mm, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of the VW engine. With 106% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler, this high performance champion sets new standards. The perfect ratio between internal and external cooling surface allows for maximum heat transfer while ensuring optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes have been optimized using CAD design and CFD simulations to achieve excellent cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure. Our charge air coolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a lasting cooling effect.
