This is a mouthpiece made by the manufacturer Keffer. It is engraved with "KEFFER WILLIAMSPORT PA MAESTRO MODEL 3" and is approximately size 3C. The mouthpiece is in very good condition with no significant chips or damage. It features a beautiful design and a slender shank characteristic of American shanks from the 1920s to 1930s. Please note that due to this shank design, it may not fit mouthpiece receivers with stepped or uneven surfaces, such as those on Bach instruments.
