This item comes as seen in the pics and is brand new and unused without any original packaging and is an authentic Ufree blade attachment. 

Only compatible with Ufree branded model numbers U-1779, U-2216, U-2226, U-6118.

Please note - there is another attachment for models U-1176 and U-2228 that looks exactly the same but the back is slightly different and it will not attach properly. This one will not work on those two models.
