From an old western NY: estate, this is a rare antique C. Bruno 12 string mandolin, (model #3) with original case and extra unused antique strings. It is in good condition with acceptable minor surface wear, nothing major: see photos. The original case has wear and the lid is only attached in one place. I have provided an image of a photograph which depicts the original owner playing the instrument.
