An antique Chinese bronze teapot with the image of an immortal on both sides. The cover of the tea pot has a Foo dog as a top handle finial.
There is an age symbol mark on the bottom which Google reverse search indicates is Xuande Nian Zhi. That translates into Made in the Xuande reign and indicates made during the reign of the Xuande Emperor ( 1425-1435) of the Ming Dynasty.
The approximate measurements are:
Height: 11.3 cm (4.5 inches)
Width spout to handle: 14 cm ( 5.5inches)
Length : 7.6 cm ( 3 inches)
Weight: 585 grams
