This listing is the same as my other Wingman Listing but is for a tool without a pocket clip. 

This Leatherman is from a TSA / State Surplus lot. I've cleaned and oiled the tool, it's totally functional. Some may have minor scratches and scrapes. Come pick them up while the price is right. 

Some will have markings and branding for other companies. If you would prefer a blank one just let me know and I'll try to get it, but no guarantee that there will be one left.
