Up for bids today is a Motorola APX4500 VHF P25 Phase II Mobile Trunking transceiver. This radio is in the dash mount configuration with the O2 color control head. This control head has an onboard front-firing speaker, so no external speaker is required. Everything works as it should and has been aligned and tested on an Aeroflex 3920 communications service monitor and passed TXPO, frequency and RX sensitivity. This radio works great, and is currently at Firmware 36.61.00 and was last programmed with CPS 36.00.01. This radio also has ADP, DES-XL, DES-OFB, AES256, AES-GCM and DVP-XL encryption for privacy. This radio is optioned for P25 Phase 2 TDMA Trunking but will also do conventional FM (12.5 kHz and 25 kHz bandwidths) or P25 Phase I. It also has Front Panel Programming which allows you to edit conventional channels using the included DTMF keypad microphone. If you have been looking for a radio for non affiliate scanning, Amateur 70cm, GMRS or other P25 usage, this is perfect.  The frequency range for this radio is 380-470 MHz.

This radio has its factory tags and has been deprogrammed and is not ASK or password locked.  You will be able to program it to your system with CPS 36.00.01 or higher.
