The "Football Favourites" Book One, Two & Three published on or  after 1948 by Provincial Sports Publications are a must-have for football enthusiasts. This quarterly publication focuses on football, with articles, photographs, and insights into the world of the beautiful game. Written in English, these books capture the essence of football in the late 1940s, making them a valuable addition to any sports memorabilia collection.

Some Great information regarding the transfer fees of some of the great stars of the time. Many of these players are almost forgotten, but some of the profiles make for a fun read compared to their m=modern day counterparts.

These items came as a gift from an elderly family friend about 20 years ago who was retiring aboard and knew that where he was going that sub tropical temp and  Paper did  not mix well. He had already learnt that when his 80 years of Stamp collecting was destroyed when his  refrigerated storage room failed 10 years before at his holiday home abroad.

Part of a massive collection of pre and post war football Programmes and Books. All collected by the the chap himself when he went to these games.  He was an avid Fulham Fan, this part of the collection has been retained along with the many scrap book, paper cuttings taken from the 1930's onwards. Some of these will be gifted to Fulham Football Club once documented.

I myself originated from Fulham, and am a 3rd Generation supporter. I have decided to sell off all the Non Fulham items to help raise monies for a good cause. I hate to sell these, but have so many others that relate to Fulham. Hopefully I can help others as a result.

I send 2nd class signed for and will insure that the Books  are send in suitable protection.

Happy Bidding.

All monies to be passed onto a good cause in memory of my late Mother.
