Ashanti Ghana African Bronze / Brass Tribal Made Musician Statue Figurines

Hi! Up for auction are x2 "Ashanti Bronze" metal figurines, depicting "tribal warriors"

Depicts two figures with carved deadly weapons ready to fight, 10cm high

Made in Ghana / Ivory Coast by native African tribes including Asante, Fanti, Akyem, Brong, Sefwi, Anyi, Nzima, Baule, originally made as weights for gold in the middle ages

I assume these to be inspired by early weights and sold to tourists or exported to France

Difficult to say if bronze or brass as they use metal alloys of scrap metals
