13” tall in extremely good condition.

Beautiful antique Samson Paris hard-paste porcelain figural group, dating to circa 1880–1910. Made in the blanc-de-chine (pure white) style. The piece depicts a pastoral young woman leaning over a decorative Rococo fountain, surrounded by applied floral elements.

Marked on the underside with a blue underglaze arrow—a known Samson mark. The base features intricate Rococo scrollwork with original piercings. This piece was made as a lamp base and retains the original drilled openings for early electrified lighting.

The tiny lamp bulb would go in to the fountain part.

Measurements: 13” tall
