LENGTH OF SHAFT INCHES: This shaft will be provided with the adapter fitted of your choosing. The shaft will be dispatched at our standard Men’s driver length of 44.25″ inches from the butt of the grip to the tip of the adapter, unless otherwise specified, please leave a note on the order for the length you wish the shaft to be provided. These can also be made to Fairway Wood length if requested.

Shipping
NORMAL UK SHIPPING:- All of our products with Free or Normal shipping to the UK Mainland are either sent with DPD which normally takes 1-2 working days on average to deliver, or Royal Mail Postage. All Northern Ireland and North Scotland buyers for parcels over 1 meter the parcel will be shipped via Evri or Yodel on a slower 3-5 working day service.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Ebay provides all shipping costs, lead times and handles all of the shipping via their own international couriers. We do not have any involvement in this process or pricing!
- COLLECTIONS: Sorry but we do not allow collections.
- SHIP TIMES: All parcels are shipped during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
- PACKAGING: All our products are shipped in New appropriate boxes, so if a parcel arrives in poor condition this is the couriers fault!

Terms
- RETURNS: Returns Accepted, Buyer pays the shipping, 30 days to return - Returns may be rejected if outside the 30 day policy and all returns are subject to inspection and a possible 20% Restocking fee.
- SHAFT RETURNS: Due to a high number of shafts testers abusing the ebay returns program and returning custom made new shafts under a false pretence or returns statement. All shafts are now supplied with a "NO RETURNS IF REMOVED" sticker on the end of the adapter. If this label has been removed or tampered with in any way the return will be void and not be accepted.
- FEEDBACK: Due to a number of unsavoury feedback abusers, we only leave feedback with buyers after they leave feedback with us first, if feedback is not received within 30 days from receipt of your order, then feedback will not be left.
- AUTHENTICITY: All of our golf products are 100% Genuine from the manufacturers and we are approved and accredited with many major golf brands. We do NOT sell fakes or copies!
