The Dansette Capri SL (often designated as model DRP23) was produced in the early-to-mid 1970s, specifically around 1972–1976. While J&A Margolin (the original company) went into liquidation in 1970, the Rank Organisation acquired the name and continued producing models like the Capri SL using Valve amplifiers (UCL82/UY85) and BSR turntables.
