Function: It fits onto the Suction Cap (the plastic cap at the tip of the spiral beater).

Material: Food-grade silicone rubber.

Maintenance: This rubber gasket is a common source of leaks underneath the bowl on 6 & 10 Litre CAB slush machines. Over time, the rubber stretches or becomes "pitted" by sugar crystals, leading to leaks or a "grinding" noise as the spiral rotates. If you are replacing the F026/2, it is standard industry practice to replace the Rear Bowl Gasket F019/F019N at the same time.
