D.J. Nick - On the Banks is volume two of a collection of short stories about D.J. Nick Serrano, a young man who once dreamed of becoming a deejay like Wolfman Jack and Cousin Brucie, and now is attending Rutgers University, where he runs into his old girlfriend, Patricia Pasternak, who is too busy dating other boys to think about Nick. The collection begins with Four Girls in a Volvo, and is followed by Alien Perfume, The Soiree, and Winter Recess.
