Antique Chinese Export solid silver gilded teaspoon by the renowned silversmith Wang Hing, dating to the late Qing dynasty (circa 1890). 

Features a bamboo-patterned handle and a finial depicting a Qing court mandarin - wearing an official hat and bead necklace, holding a ruyi sceptre, and displaying the characteristic queue hairstyle.

Beautifully detailed and entirely handcrafted. 

Stamped “90” for 90% silver purity and “WH” for Wang Hing.
