Vintage Tiffany & Co. Silver & blue "T" clip ball point pen.  New condition never used.  Dust cover, original packaging. I am not sure what the pen is made of, received as a gift.  Comes with directions for taking care of sterling, but not marked 925. Pen is very dark blue, almost looks black.
