Pair of vintage buttons ,size of a nickel..Okay, honestly, I don't know if its real mother of pearl...I doubt it..But I'm definitely not an expert  when it comes to buttons,jewelry... Not my specialty. I can say for sure that it's not plastic and the metal is non magnetic..in any case,they are pretty cool lookin buttons.
