The front cover is similar to the first press MC5 - Kick Out The Jams but has black rectangle box with "An Elektra Record Distributed by Kinney Record Group Ltd. Printed and made by the E. J. Day Group, London and Bedford". The is no Polydor credit in it.

On back cover has additional sticker "K 42027 (EKS 74042)".

The butterfly label is similar to MC5 - Kick Out The Jams but has different stamped matrix numbers (see matrix).
