The Hardcover does NOT include a Dust Jacket, but the Book is in about Very Good condition.  The cover, which has retained decent color, and all internal pages are firmly attached.  The front cover has wear and cloth loss at all corners; the first internal page has creasing - both at the bottom right-hand corner (two - the outermost one approx. 1 1/2", the innermost one approx. 1") and a full-length horizontal one (approx. 8 3/4") near the center (the page was folded back); the next two internal pages also have lengthy and similar creasing (approx. 8 3/4" and 6 1/2"); pages #25-#26 have creased/dog-eared top corner edges (approx.  2 1/2") and pages #37-#38 have top corner dog-eared edges (approx. 2 1/4"); the back cover has wear and some cloth loss at all corners.
