This trinket tray/dish produced by Napco was very popular in the 1960s. They usually were decorated with small square tiles in three to four different colors or shades and mounted to a metal base. They could be used as a catchall, cigar rest, or hold keys. It is a great example of mid-century modern and would look right at home in a living room, kitchen or bathroom. Truly a prime example of a neat  60s vintage piece.
