The product is a rare Onawa Iowa Police Department uniform shoulder patch that is now obsolete since the department was closed. Measures approx 4.75” x 3.75”. Embroidered cloth twill with Cheesecloth or gauze back. Good vintage condition with some fraying, loose threads, and wrinkling commensurate with age. One small hole that looks like it was from a pin.
