This is a special-order (custom) Choro-Q based on the Osaka City Bus design featuring FM Osaka 851 radio station livery.
The real-life buses were operated by
Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau,
and this version promotes the well-known Kansai radio station
FM Osaka (851 kHz / 85.1 FM branding).
Unlike standard retail Choro-Q releases, promotional and custom bus models were produced in limited quantities, making them highly collectible today.
