This Tivo Bolt came to me with a failed hard drive.  I have replaced the hard drive with a new 500GB hard drive.

I tested the Tivo, completed the guided setup, and was able to take a few pictures of the menus.
It works again now.
This Tivo does not have a current subscription, you will need to reach out to Tivo to activate it for service.
This Tivo can be used with either an Antenna or with a Cable provider.

Includesthe power adapter, Tivo remote,the Tivo itself, a new 6ft HDMI cableplus the original box.a CableCARD (this is not needed if you're only using Antenna / Over the air, but I had an extra so it's included)
I have tested out this unit, it works, just needs a subscription to the Tivo service.
