Purchased this sight unseen and "as is", and this is how it was.  The nipple on the end of the stethoscope module is broken (see photos).  The unit turns on, holds charge and seems to work appropriately.  The headphones are also functional.  It includes Pistol grip housing, Headphones, Charger with international adapters (not pictured), Rubber focusing probe, Stethoscope extension kit, and BROKEN Stethoscope module.  There is no hardcase for the unit.
