Kasuga RB-600 banjo made in Japan in the 70s/80s as a copy of the Gibson RB-250 with leaves and bows inlays, dark lacquered mahogany wood, flathead tonering, one-piece flange, clampshell tailpiece and bone nut. The truss rod works perfectly.
This vintage instrument has been completely cleaned and reassembled. New to the banjo is the block rim made of roasted maple, which is a significant upgrade compared to the old multiply rim. An old stock head from Remo, a 5/8" Deering Smile bridge (see the new picture) and GHS light strings complete the setup. The old Scorpion bridge is not included. Comes with the old rim and in a case.
