Return and Exchange
Policies
No return is
allowed unless functionality defects are reported with the item. Please
contact to inform us of the issue, providing us with PICTURES of the serial
number and the defect/issue you are mentioning. We don't allow a return for
incompatibility, change of mind, or a misunderstanding on buyer's part. We are trying
our best to describe our items clearly by demonstrating pictures and using
information provided by manufacturers. Buyers should read item description
carefully and send us an email to clarify any questions before making a
bid.
Should
misunderstanding or change of mind occur, we will not be able to allow free
returns, RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED (which varies based on item
pricing/shipping cost). Once the item is returned and the defect is
verified, we will refund promptly. If the item is tested and working properly
without the reported defects, no full refund will occur. We will only
refund the price of the item; Shipping and handling WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE
