About the CEN Racing 2025 M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1

CEN Racing's 2025 M-Sport Ford Puma Rally1 is a 1/8 scale, ready-to-run rally car carrying an officially licensed body and livery from the WRC-entered M-Sport team, built to be driven on loose surfaces rather than smooth tarmac.

It runs on a 3mm aluminium chassis with aluminium shock towers and an arm brace, driving all four wheels full-time through metal transmission gears and a 6-gear bevel differential. Big-bore, oil-filled coil-over shocks with adjustable turnbuckles and a wheelbase adjustable by ±6mm give some scope to tune the handling for different surfaces, and the whole car is built to an all-weather, waterproof/dustproof standard rather than needing to be kept dry.

Power comes from CEN Racing's own 3658 3000KV sensorless brushless motor through a 100A waterproof ESC, running on 2-3S LiPo or 6-9 cell NiMH packs that aren't included, with five acceleration levels and nine brake-force settings to dial in the throttle feel. It's quick, and rally-specific enough in its suspension and drivetrain, that it suits drivers with some RC experience who specifically want a rally car rather than a general basher, and gravel or loose-surface courses will make more sense of it than a smooth car park.
