Obverse: The draped bust of Diva Faustina facing right.

Reverse: Aeternitas standing facing front, head facing to the left, raising right hand, holding a sceptre.

Reverse legend: AETERNITAS. It’s uncleaned and authentic. Nice details on each side with a decent luster to it in the right lighting.
