Transform the look of your vehicle with a Ripper Graphics Premium Hood Wrap. Our high-resolution graphics are professionally printed using latex ink and finished with a protective gloss UV laminate for vivid color, impressive detail and added protection.

Each hood wrap is produced using premium high-performance air-release grey adhesive vinyl designed for vehicle applications and complex curves. The air-release adhesive technology allows trapped air to escape during application, helping reduce bubbles and making installation easier.

Trim-To-Fit Hood Wrap This graphic is supplied as a rectangular 52" high x 66" wide piece of wrap vinyl. It is NOT pre-cut to the shape of any specific vehicle hood. The installer will position the graphic and trim it to fit your particular hood.

Custom sizes may be available. Please contact us through the eBay messaging system before ordering if you need a different size. Maximum printable height is 52 inches.

Important: Dry Installation Only

All Ripper Graphics vehicle decals and wraps must be installed DRY.

DO NOT use application fluid, soapy water or wet-application solutions.

The surface must be clean, completely dry, smooth and free of wax, oil, dirt and surface texture before installation.

Installation Guidelines

Wash and thoroughly clean the hood. Remove wax, grease, oil, dirt and other surface contaminants.
Make sure the hood is completely dry before installation. Do not use application fluid.
The hood surface should be smooth. Do not apply the graphic over heavily textured surfaces.
Position the hood wrap and verify the desired placement before beginning application.
Apply the wrap using a professional vinyl squeegee, working gradually from the center outward.
Use the air-release adhesive to help remove trapped air during installation.
Carefully conform the vinyl around curves and body lines. Professional installers may use controlled heat where necessary.
Trim the excess material around the hood after the wrap has been properly positioned and applied.

Important Surface Information

Fresh paint must cure for a minimum of two weeks before installation.
Paint that has not fully cured may continue to out-gas, which can cause vinyl to bubble, lift or peel.
The wrap must be installed on a clean, dry and smooth surface.
Do not use wet-application fluid with this product.
If applying a clear coating over the graphic, use a compatible water-based product.
Do not apply lacquer-based coatings over the vinyl. Lacquer-based products may react adversely with the graphic material.
The hood wrap is not vehicle-specific and must be trimmed during installation.

Professional Installation Recommended Vehicle wrapping requires proper surface preparation, positioning, squeegee technique, trimming and heat management. For best results, we recommend having your hood wrap installed by an experienced vehicle-wrap professional.

Installation Responsibility Please inspect the graphic when you receive it and contact us immediately through eBay Messages if there is a problem with the product before installation. Ripper Graphics cannot cover or replace graphics damaged because of improper installation, incorrect surface preparation, incorrect care, application fluid, trimming mistakes or installer error. Once installation begins, proper application and handling are the responsibility of the installer.
