Here is a boat that was very lightly used, with approximately 40 hours on the engine. Last used, 3 years ago.

This boat was purchased brand new in 2012 by the original owner and has remained one-owner its entire life. As shown in the photos, the upholstery is in good condition.

Carsandmore2001 does not personally inspect each vehicle. We are a 3rd party & vehicles are listed based on owner’s information.

Sold in its present condition. Buyer assumes responsibility once picked up.

The owner is not aware of anything wrong with the boat. It starts and runs, and the owner’s son would start it periodically.

· Inspection and Acceptance: Once the buyer or their authorized agent takes possession of the vehicle, no allowances will be made for any defects or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer or his agent to thoroughly inspect and accept the vehicle in its current state.

· "As Is" in current condition with "No Warranty": Please be aware that all vehicles are sold "As Is" with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.

· No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

· Ask Questions Before Bidding: To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle's condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.

· Binding Contract: Placing a bid on an item is a commitment and constitutes a binding contract. By bidding, the buyer commits to purchasing the item should they win the auction.

· Non-Paying Winners: In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our auction process, non-paying winners will be reported to eBay. This underscores the importance of fulfilling your commitment to purchase.

· Payment and Pickup Deadline: Payment for vehicles must be made within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion. Furthermore, buyers are required to pick up the vehicle within 10 days after the auction's end, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to.

Any vehicle that is not paid within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist.

· Payment Processing: Be aware that payment may take 24 to 48 hours to clear. After payment clears, buyer will receive pick up instructions. Buyers are required to schedule an appointment for vehicle pickup.

· Shipping: Please note that we do not provide shipping services.
