In the event that you have a problem with your purchase, PLEASE contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback so we can find a solution.  Please read the description and look at the pictures carefully, and if you have any questions please ask before purchasing.  I am very thorough in describing and photographing my items so buyers will know exactly what they are receiving.  If the item is returned, it MUST be returned unused in the exact condition it was delivered.  Tags must be attached (not cut off), any and all paperwork (ex. gift receipts, care cards) and all original packaging must be returned, dust bags must be returned, and it must be returned using same method as shipped (ex. must come back Priority Mail if shipped PM).  Importantly, the item MAY NOT BE RETURNED FROM A SMOKING HOME as it comes from a non-smoking home.

AND PLEASE NOTE: ONLY item price will be refunded.  Shipping cost will not.  It is a cost I also incur when I purchase the shipping label, and I don't build that cost into the item price.
