Description: Nice example of a non-excavated Navy cuff or vest button. This one-piece example features an eagle facing left, perched on a fouled anchor set on a lined field. The eagle is surrounded by thirteen five-pointed stars, with both inner and outer rope borders framing the design. The button retains a dark, even patina consistent with age, while the details remain sharp and well defined. The shank is intact, though slightly bent to one side.
