The Leatherman Raptor Shears are a six in one tool made out of stainless steel, carbide, and glass-filled nylon. Specifically designed for first responders, the shears are more than that with a ruler, ring cutter, strap cutter, glass breaker, and oxygen tank wrench all in one ergonomically designed tool. With a replaceable pocket clip and lanyard hole, these shears are always easily accessible on your person when an emergency arises.
