We've designed a renewal process by working with coffee equipment part manufactures to determine the lifespan of every critical component. We even reinvented the process of descaling espresso machines, ensuring ours are the cleanest on the market - particularly on the inside, where it really matters..

Payment
We accept payment is processed through ebay or paypal, contact us to check the availability of other payment methods
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3 days and ship free. We use freight shipping and provide complementary scheduled delivery and liftgate service to make it easy for you to receive your machine.
Returns
Domestic returns are accepted if initiated by the buyer within 30 days of receipt. Returned equipment must be in the same condition as received.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee - This covers subsequent physical inspection, going through the machine again, another round of testing, and restocking post receipt.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping along with any associated cost. Warranty includes replacement parts for up to 6 months after purchase date.
Important:
Not connecting equipment to water filtration per manual specifications voids warranty and return policy. Please professionally install equipment with proper water filtration. We're more than happy to advise on this and carry nearly every water filtration brand.
