Vintage USSR Medical Infrared Lamp “SOLLUX” LSN-1 (1981) – Sverdlovsk Factory – Working – Original Passport

Authentic Soviet medical infrared lamp “SOLLUX” LSN-1, manufactured in 1981 by the Ministry of Medical Industry of the USSR at the Sverdlovsk Electromedical Equipment Plant (СэЛАз).

This unit was stored for many years and was factory-preserved. It was never in regular hospital use. The lamp is in working condition.

Condition:
Stored item (NOS – New Old Stock condition), but shows:
• scratches
• patina
• minor rust in places
• surface dirt from long-term storage

The inner surface of the reflector is covered with original factory-applied preservation grease from storage. This is not rust, corrosion, or metal damage. The grease must be removed before operating the lamp, as it may smoke or burn when heated. Upon request, I can clean it before shipping, or it can be cleaned by the buyer prior to use.

All mechanical joints rotate smoothly. The lamp is fully disassemblable.
Original wiring is intact.
Some of the original wrapping paper is still present.
Includes original bulb and original passport/manual.

⚠ Recommendation:
If used for interior or decorative purposes, it is better to install a standard low-power bulb to avoid overheating the illuminated area. The device was originally rated for 200W medical heat bulbs.
