Wrap the tape measure around your upper back, under your arms and across the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight and firm, but not tight. -
Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your waist. The tape should sit comfortably without pulling in. -
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, checking in the mirror to keep the tape level.
