Vintage Retro Black Metal 6 Coffee Cups Mugs Holder Tree.  It measures 14 1/2" tall and the base is 6" x 6".  There is a wing nut on the bottom to adjust.  It was originally black, I just touched up with more black spray paint.  This is a heavier metal tree.
