I'm not a collector,  so will not attempt to assign grades on these.  I have about 60 old comics, some seem to be quite rare and sought after.   I will provide as many photos as allowed for each one and try to describe the general condition as best I can and highlight noteworthy flaws.  

This one is in pretty good shape, other than just overall darkening / yellowing to pages from age, th only noteworthy thing to point out is 

  some dirt or something that I'm pointing to with a pen on back cover..you can feel it on the book, your fingernail catches on it and it may be possible to remove, there's places where it looks like some of it has flaked off already, but I don't know what I'm doing so will leave to more experienced hands.
