On offer is a WW2 ‘Xmas Stocking Souvenir’ ‘Good Luck From Friends In Egypt’ medallion, 1944 Berlin. One side shows an image of a hand clutching the German Empire with Berlin written across it with the legend ‘Xmas Stocking Souvenir’ across the top and the year 1944 lower down. The reverse shows the legend ‘Good luck from friends in Egypt’. The good luck part is obscured somewhat by what looks like a botched repair but does not take away from the uniqueness of the medallion. The coins shows signs of discolouration but has not been cleaned. Please check the photos of the medallion that will be sent and judge the condition for yourselves.
