Purchased as an "operating" boxcar but I don't have an accessory track to activate the man inside the car! Never run, new condition, box pristine. No guarantee on whether the car "operates" or not, instruction sheet missing when I purchased it. In any event it is a sharp looking boxcar that would be a welcome addition to any B & O enthusiast simply as a piece of rolling stock.
