Cards from the Balrog set had fixed quantities included in each of the two decks, with most cards only available in one or the other and a few with copies included in both.  The two decks were The Shadow-deeps (red box) and The Balrog's Host (green/blue box).  An "S" indicator represents a card being included in The Shadow-deeps deck, and an "B" indicator represents a card being included in The Balrog's Host deck.  The rarity numbers above are the number of times the card appears in each particular deck, with the final MEBA number showing the number of times the card was included in the set total.  The lowest number was one copy - one copy of a card included in one of the decks, and the highest number was 6 - three copies of the card included in both of the decks.  This rarity number is a good indicator of how tough any particular card is going to be to find.  There were also grey-bordered cards included with the Balrog set.  These were reprints of cards from previous sets, with most of them being staple deck-building type cards, with a few reprints of rare cards mixed in.
