I'm not a collector,  so will not attempt to assign grades on these.  I have about 60 old comics, some seem to be quite rare and sought after.   I will provide as many photos as allowed for each one and try to describe the general condition as best I can and highlight noteworthy flaws.  

This one has  overall soil light wear, small tear top of spine and edge of back cover.
