This item is measuring in at 6 inches tall x 4 3/4 inches wide x 4 1/4 inches thick. The LEFTON red foil sticker is still attached ... and backstamp is also there ... YU70462. Some of the spaghetti flowers on the ears have chipping . The one flower at the top has a missing rhinestone. With these few flaws this piece is very rare and still in great VINTAGE conditon.
