Questions 1: Problems on CarPlay sound.
Solution : After finishing the “AUX” setting, when using the CarPlay system, if the CarPlay system don't has sound, you need to connect “Audio GND” cable” to “GND” cable

Questions 2: No sound during the call
Solution: Disconnect the Bluetooth between your phone and your car.


Questions 3: Echo sound during the call
Solution
1) in the Audio setting, set the “Mic Echo PreConfig“ into “Default”,“IS” OR “lx570” , then restart the engine.
2) in the Audio setting, Choose Aec Auto Setup to adjust the “Mic Echo PreConfig” Automatically.
