Bei einem eventuellen Mangel, der nicht vom Käufer verschuldet wurde, kann die Ware innerhalb von 2 Wochen retourniert werden. Wir werden den Käufer maximal den an uns bezahlten Produktpreis rückerstatten.

Für diese Ware müssen wir Gewährleistungsansprüche des Käufers auf Verbesserung, Austausch, Nachlieferung oder auch auf Aktualisierung im Falle digitaler Bestandteile ausschließen. Ebenso ausgeschlossen ist die Haftung für direkte und indirekte Folgeschäden. Es gelten unsere AGBs, siehe unsere Webseite. Es gilt ausnahmslos österreichisches Recht und Gerichtstandort St. Pölten.

For these goods we have to exclude warranty claims of the buyer for improvement, exchange, subsequent delivery or also for updating in case of digital components.
