These handy gel heel inserts have an angled and curved base to help hold the heel in alignment with the body as you walk. This assists in preventing inward (Pronated) or outward rolling (Supinated), helping to avoid back, ankle, knee and hip pain.
Simply place the corrective posture gel heel cushions into your shoes to help correct inward or outward rolling and provide proper alignment. Swap them between the left and right shoes for inward or outward rolling feet.
