This IBM PC does not power on. When the switch is turned, you can see the fan in the PSU twitch but otherwise there are no signs of life. We have not attempted a repair on this and the lot is sold as is with cables as pictured. There is rust on the casing. The board doesn't show obvious signs of corrosion but it has not be disassembled to check further. There appears to be some burn in on the display. The keyboard is very dirty but keys feel good.
