99% sure this is the teapot lid, but I don't have the bottom to verify.
Overall dimensions are 4" x 4 3/4"
Flange on the underside is 3 1/2" x 4", not counting the tab on the flange
Lid is approximately 2 3/4" high (bottom of underside flange to top of finial knob
