Ticket Creation & Delivery Information:

All tickets are physical and printed onto glossy photo paper, then laminated. Your ticket(s) are then packed securely in a discreet brown "Please Do Not Bend" envelope to ensure the ticket stays in perfect condition throughout shipment.

Every ticket is made to order, and will be shipped out within 1-2 days. During Bank Holidays and Weekends, processing and creation may take up to 3 days.

If you have an urgent order, please upgrade postage at checkout. The standard Second Class system is facing major delays in certain postcodes, and in some cases, parcels can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please note that "Special Delivery Next Day By 1PM" is the only guaranteed delivery service.

The event information you have provided me with will go onto the ticket, so please ensure everything is correct; even spellings. Refunds will not be issued for spelling and grammar errors given by the buyer at checkout.

Important Disclaimers:

* THESE ARE NOT OFFICIAL EVENT TICKETS, THE BARCODE WILL NOT SCAN AND DOES NOT ALLOW VALID ENTRY TO AN EVENT.

** YOU WILL RECIEVE ONE TICKET ONLY, UNLESS PURCHASED AT A HIGHER QUANTITY. TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE TICKET, PLEASE SCROLL TO THE "PRODUCT QUANTITY" SELECTION AND CHOOSE YOUR DESIRED AMOUNT OF TICKETS.

*** DUE TO THESE TICKETS BEING PERSONALISED ITEMS, REFUNDS AND/OR RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any questions or concerns, I am happy to help! I usually respond within 24 hours, however, my responses may be delayed over weekends or public holidays.
